Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on a written test/skill test and a personal interview.
Candidates who are qualified in the written test/skill test will only be called for the
interview. Candidates are to appear for the written test/skill test and to attend
the interview at their own expense at places on the dates notified by the Bank.
Written test will be conducted at the following centers.

Fees can be paid in any of the two ways.
1. At branches of CSB:
Candidates should download the fee payment challan from the site and remit the fees at any of our branches to A/C No.0231-2805353-195002 with College Road branch of the bank at Thrissur. Candidate’s copy of the fee payment challan should be obtained from the branch for record. The candidate should ensure that the following details are duly filled in by the Bank officials viz. batch number, branch code, date of remittance, bank seal. The batch number of remittance, branch code and date of remittance should be filled while submitting the application online. The applicant will have to produce the candidate’s copy of the fee payment challan at the time of the written test. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the written test without production of the same.
2. At branches of any other Bank:
Fees can also be remitted to the account by NEFT from any bank in India. The candidate should obtain the sending bank IFSC Code and the UTR number of the NEFT from the sending bank. Candidates who have remitted the fees through NEFT will have to produce the counterfoil of the NEFT payment challan at the time of the written test. Beneficiary bank account details are given below.

Fees once paid will not be refunded on any account.
Other Conditions
1. Selected candidates may be required to work at any branches/offices of the Bank outside Kerala.
2. Reservation for SC/ST candidates as per guidelines of Government of India/RBI.
3. Application is to be submitted between 10.00 am on 03.08.2011 to 5.00 pm on 16.08.2011.
4. Application as per the format given on our website www.csb.co.in Recruitment of JMOs should be submitted online. No other mode of application will be accepted. Application received by post will not be considered. Before applying online, candidates should remit the applicable fee and obtain acknowledgement for the same.
5. Eligible candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and it should be active for communication.
6. Upon successful upload, a copy of the completed application will automatically be sent to the e-mail ID of the candidate. Print out of the application should be retained by the candidate for reference later on, during written test/interview.
7. Only Indian nationals need apply.
8. Applications which are incomplete and those received after the last date are liable to be rejected without any notice or intimation.
9. Before applying online, please ensure that you fulfill the stipulations regarding eligibility and age mentioned above.
10. If you are not eligible, or in the event of the particulars furnished in the application being false/ fabricated, your candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the selection process.
11. Call letter for the written test, interview etc. will be sent by e-mail. Failure in
connectivity/ receipt will not be the responsibility of the Bank.
12. Candidates must bring a Photo ID Card such as Passport, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence etc. while coming for the written test/interview.
13. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
14. The jurisdiction for any legal action in respect of this recruitment will be at
Thrissur, Kerala.
15. Mere eligibility will not vest any right upon the candidates for being called for the
written test. The decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility, conduct of examination, interview and selection will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
16. As it is a regional recruitment, candidates should have completed their school education (up to 12th standard) in the state they are applying from which is their place of permanent residence. Sufficient proof such as voter’s ID, Ration Card, Passport, Driving Licence etc. should be produced at the time of interview. Applicants with education and permanent residence outside Kerala are
only eligible to apply.
