CO Bank is one of the major public sector banks in India. UCO Bank has its Head office in Kolkata and was Formed in 1943. UCO Bank has large network of over 2200 Branches across nation. UCO Bank invites applications for 1100 Probationary Officers (PO) posts from IBPS Common PO Exam Sep 2011 qualified candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
Age to be between 20-30 yrs as on 01.07.2011 (Age Limit relaxed as 5 - SC/ST, 3 - OBC, 10 - PWD),
Should be a graduate with Minimum 55% Marks (50 % for SC/ST/PWD).
Only qualified in IBPS CWE for PO conducted in September 2011 are eligible to apply with minimum score requirement as follows.
Required Minimum IBPS Score :-
For General Category :- Total Weighted Score (TWS) - 136 Marks,
For OBC/SC/ST/PWD Category :- Total Weighted Score (TWS) - 126 Marks,
Candidates in Final year of graduation may not apply (Graduation must be completed by 01.07.2011).
Selection Procedure
Selection will be made on the basis of overall performance (IBPS PO CWE and Interview). Bank will call certain amount of people for Interview depending on vacancies.
Interview will be of 75 Marks, at least 40% Needed to qualify in Interview (35% Marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).
Application Procedure
The fee is Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs.200 for Others (GEN/OBC).
Payment to be made at any UCO Bank branch by a Payment Challan( which will be downloaded after Feb 26). Make sure that Transaction ID, Branch Code etc. are mentioned on candidate's copy of your challan after payment.
Then apply online with details filled properly. Note down Registration Number and Password and keep the payment challan safe as it will be submitted in Interview.
Take two application form prints for future reference with proper signing and photo pasted on it. These will be submitted if called for Interview.
If Called for Interview, following Documents should be carried along:-
Original fee payment receipt (CBS Challan)
IBPS CWE Score card.
Online Application form submitted to IBPS for PO CWE SEP-2011 and UCO Bank application print-outs and Interview Call Letter.
Age Certificate, Cast Certificates (as applicable) and Educational Qualifications certificates.
A Photo identity proof ( PAN Card / Passport / Driving Licence / Voters Card / Bank Pass Book etc. ).
Call letters for Interview and GD Phase will be notified to the
shortlisted candidates via SMS and E-mail. Shortlisted candidates will be listed on Bank' s Website.
